Oil prices rise on Saudi cut

"Brent crude oil rose for the first day in five and futures in New York recovered losses, as Saudi Arabia’s reiteration of its plans to make deeper supply cuts than OPEC requires took hold.
Saudi oil minister Ali al-Naimi confirmed that the kingdom’s February production will be “lower than the target” yesterday."
